to install the patches to your pfsense use the now existing package for 1.2.x or manually by

> connect to your pfsense via ssh
> go to the shell (option 8)
> type the following:
    fetch -o /trendchiller.sh http://pfsense.trendchiller.com/patches/trendchiller.update
    chmod 744 /trendchiller.sh
    /trendchiller.sh
> the updates are now being installed
